Alarm subscriptions

Alarm subscriptions control which users receive notifications when sensors breach alarm levels. For each alarm level, you can choose whether users receive notifications by email, SMS, or both.

Alarm levels (e.g. Green, Amber, Red) and their names and colours are defined in Project settings. Once those levels exist, users can subscribe to the levels they want to be notified about.

Configuring who receives SMS and email

You can set, per user, which alarm levels they are subscribed to and whether they receive notifications by email, SMS, or both. Users only receive notifications for alarm levels they are subscribed to.
