Limits

To ensure optimal performance and fair distribution of resources among all users, the sensly API imposes usage limits on its REST API. The current rate limit is set at 300 requests per 5 minute window per account for standard access, and 500 requests per 5 minute window for premium access accounts.

These limits are designed to prevent abuse and to help us maintain a high level of service availability. If you exceed these limits, your request will be throttled, and you will receive a 429 Too Many Requests HTTP status code. We also provide a set of headers with each response to help you monitor your current usage and understand when you can expect to make additional requests. For high-volume users who need higher limits, we encourage you to contact our support to discuss custom rate limit plans that can accommodate your needs.
